Acceptable Use Policy

1. Forbidden content

You may not use the service to create, store, transmit, distribute, or attempt to generate any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation in any form, including AI-generated, fictional, illustrated, or adjacent. We report to NCMEC and law enforcement and preserve evidence in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
• Sexual content involving real, identifiable living minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated depictions of real identifiable adults in sexual or nude scenarios without their explicit, documented consent.
• Content that incites imminent lawless action or violence against an identifiable group or individual.
• Threats, harassment, or stalking directed at any identifiable person.
• Defamation — publishing assertions of fact about an identifiable living person that you know or reasonably should know to be false.
• Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private personal information (home addresses, phone numbers, SSN/national ID, financial accounts, medical records) of identifiable individuals.
• Material that infringes another party's intellectual property, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity rights, or patent. Memoir is fine when written about your own life; copying or paraphrasing someone else's copyrighted work into your manuscript is not.
• Detailed instructions for the construction of weapons capable of mass casualties (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive devices) or for circumventing safety-critical security systems.
• Mass-disinformation campaigns — content created at scale primarily to mislead readers about elections, public health, or other matters of public concern.
• Malware or content designed to compromise computer systems outside legitimate security-research contexts.
• Fraud or deceptive commercial practices, including impersonating other authors or representing AI-generated content as the unaided work of a different person.
• Promotion or facilitation of human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor.
• Content that violates US, state, or applicable foreign law based on the customer's jurisdiction.

2. Forbidden conduct on the service

• Sharing your account credentials or selling access to your account.
• Probing or attacking the service's security (penetration testing, port scanning, vulnerability scanning) without prior written authorization.
• Automated scraping or extraction of content belonging to other authors.
• Circumventing per-project AI cost budgets, rate limits, or any technical safeguards.
• Submitting forged DMCA notices or counter-notices.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with our staff or support channels.

3. Authorship transparency

You may use the service to draft a book with AI assistance — that is the service's entire point. You may not represent AI-generated content as the unaided work of a different human (impersonation), and you may not submit AI-generated work to literary contests, grants, or publications that explicitly prohibit AI assistance.

4. Memoir, biography, and writing about real people

Books that describe real, identifiable living individuals raise specific legal risks (defamation, false light, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts). You — the author — are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims and for obtaining any necessary permissions. Our AI consistency-check editors may flag claims that could implicate these risks; you are responsible for resolving them before publication. We may refuse to facilitate publication of clearly actionable content.

5. Reporting violations

If you become aware of content on the service that violates this policy, report it to info@conspiracyden.com with the subject line "AUP violation". We investigate every report. For copyright-specific takedowns, follow the DMCA procedure.

6. Enforcement

• Content removal. We may remove content that violates this policy at any time.
• Account suspension or termination. Serious or repeat violations result in suspension or permanent termination. Refunds for terminated accounts are at our discretion; clear policy violation typically forfeits the Money-Back guarantee.
• Legal referral. Conduct involving CSAM, threats of violence, or other criminal activity is referred to appropriate authorities and evidence is preserved.
• Repeat infringers. Accounts associated with multiple substantiated DMCA notices are terminated per our repeat-infringer policy.

7. Appeals

If your account or content was actioned and you believe the decision was incorrect, email info@conspiracyden.com within 30 days with your account email, the specific content or action, and the basis for your appeal. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
